Gloria Powell is a fine artist working in Pennsylvania, USA.

Since a young age, Gloria has been drawn to the natural landscapes around her, attentive to the quiet messengers that arrive before her canvas. Working principally with oil, Gloria paints both from her home studio and en plein air. She has studied with Helen Reinhold Gordon, Georganna Lenssen, and Marilyn Fox.

Gloria is a member of Art Plus Gallery and board member of Berks Art Alliance (BAA). She has served as chair of the BAA 2022 Member Show at Yocum Institute and is currently chair of the West Reading 2023 Paint Out for Plein Air, as well as the BAA 2023 Juried Show.
